“Andy Staves was a very helpful man, when I needed a part for my ultra violet filter that that he no longer held in stock, he placed a special order and sourced the part I needed from Holland. It was in my possession and running in a matter of days, truly a fantastic service.”

“I ordered a complete set up (filter, UV and pump) all of which were delivered extremely promptly. A further order for ancillaries was likewise received by return. All are now installed and my pond has never looked better. I would venture to say that even my Koi are looking healthier and happier! An excellent result all round . Thank you!”

“Very good build quality and arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged to keep it safe while in transit. Not yet fitted the pump but I have had an Oase 20,000 profimax on my last water garden pond project and never had any issue with it as Oase are the best for quality in my opinion. Thanks all. Gary. “I was not quite sure what I needed to replace the filter media and service our two filters, so rang, the person who answered was very helpful and knowledgeable and saved me money - had I just bought from the site, I would have bought more than I actually needed. Very fast delivery, the kit arrived the next morning. All in all, we were delighted with the service we received and would recommend this company to anyone”
