“Elots of help from brad who founda cheaper alternative in their range to the one I had started to purchase and sustituted it , after notifying me, saving me £7. I put in the new fiter parts and a new UV lamp imediately and once again have a totally clear garden pond.”

My order arrived much quicker than I anticipated, allowing me to get started on my pond maintenance right away. This efficient service was a great start to my experience with them. One of the key purchases I made was the PondoVac 3, and I can honestly say it's been a revelation for my pond! This pond vacuum is simply fantastic. Not only is it incredibly easy to use – the setup was a breeze, and the operation is very intuitive – but it has also vastly improved the health and condition of my pond. Before using the PondoVac 3, I struggled with murky water and a build-up of debris on the bottom. Now, after just a few uses, the water is noticeably clearer, and the sludge and leaves are gone. “Great products. Really strong resevoir, but I bought a stand too, to be totally covered, as I have a very heavy stone feature. A resevoir I bought from another outlet was too flimsy. These are great and they state the weight they can hold. Super helpful. It's all installed nicely.”
