“Great product and service all round. Staff were very helpful when I had queries and the delivery of my goods ordered, came to me within days. Five stars around!! Would definitely recommend them. Water pump was incorporated into this water feature providing filtration and pump/flow of water.”

“They had advised me that I needed to change the UV bulb in my filter, I purchased one on line and they also honoured an old voucher that I hadn't used before which was appreciated. As it turned out the one already in the flter was broken and may have been since delivery - the glass bulb just came out leaving the screw part in the filter. I managed to remove that and screwed in the new bulb which seems to be working already as there is a noticeable improvement to water quality.”

“Advertised product, that they didn’t have and sent another item, which was £10 more expensive for the same price. However I could of bought this product cheaper on another site, but I needed ASAP, so was a bit stuck and had to accept replacement and now asking for a review on item they didn’t have…WOW”

We called before taking your payment to ensure you were accepting of the upgraded pump model and thus proceeded with taking payment and despatching same day. We always try to be as competitive as possible but, there are occasions where competitors or auction sites might offer a lower price which is often temporary and also outside of our control.
