“Advertised product, that they didn’t have and sent another item, which was £10 more expensive for the same price. However I could of bought this product cheaper on another site, but I needed ASAP, so was a bit stuck and had to accept replacement and now asking for a review on item they didn’t have…WOW”

We called before taking your payment to ensure you were accepting of the upgraded pump model and thus proceeded with taking payment and despatching same day. We always try to be as competitive as possible but, there are occasions where competitors or auction sites might offer a lower price which is often temporary and also outside of our control. “When I needed to order a pump, hose and equipment, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Later when I had difficulty getting an App to talk to the equipment controller, the staff once again came to the rescue and talked me through it. A smashing company I would recommend to anyone.”
