“Sadly the oz supplier lags after several years when it comes to new improved products that forced me to look outside Australia for the pump I wanted - This took me the Watergarden in UK and even though the price after $ conversion and the high shipping costs I cant say other than these guys have been fantastic - always helpful and willing to answer all sorts of technical and non technical questions. Got the OASE AquaMax ECO Expert 21000 and the ECO controller and its perfect - would not hesitate doing business again (But would had preferred to deal with a local oz supplier - just hope nothing goes wrong since that would add further costs shipping it to/from UK again”

“All companies have problems, and the measure of a good company is how they deal with those problems. I had a minor problem and WG we're straight on the phone suggesting solutions and helping diagnose the fault. When the fault was traced they provided an immediate solution, even though they were not themselves the source of the problem. Top company and best wishes to Andy and the whole team at Water Garden. “The cable between solar panel and battery was cut by a visiting gardener, and although repaired using a junction box, supplied by this company, the fountain refused to work. I returned the panel, battery and fountain to Water Garden and in due course received back the fully functioning items, without charge. I find this level of srrvice, combined with courteous staff, impressive. David Thomas”

“I love this company! I had spent hours on the phone trying to find a low maintenance filter for our large pond. Everyone, including Oase themselves, said it couldn't be done. A couple of people just tried to sell me anything. Finally contacted Waterworld who solved the problem. Two Filtomatic self cleaning filters running side by side. They are in and doing a great job. My husband is thrilled with his 60th birthday present. I am thrilled to have found this company. And we both promise never to go anywhere else for pond products.”
