“I was in a situation where my husband was ill in bed and the pump in our pond decided to pack up. I fortunately rang Water Garden and spoke to Brad who patiently went through what could be wrong bearing in mind that I knew nothing about pumps. Next day I spoke to Andy who again was more than helpful and a new pump was purchased late morning on the 26th February and delivered morning of the 28th February. Great company to deal with - excellent staff who couldn't do more for you - wish there were more companies like Water Garden. Thank you for your help.”
