“Water Gardens identified a better type of material than I was going to order. I received very good assistance on how to survey the area and so to specify the area of material required. Advice was also given on installing the liner. The material was delivered on time, in good condition, and at a competitive price. I can thoroughly recommend them.”

“Hard to find their shop (not clearly marked, on a little industrial estate back and beyond - thank heavens for SatNav) but v helpful staff, gave me a discount without even asking, lots of guidance (I'm new to ponds), as to how best to use the patch kit, my pond now fills as much as I want. Even though it was less than 10C outside when I did it (as the pack recommends). And they either have or can help with every aspect I can think of, recommend contractors if you can't do it yourself, etc.”

“Wanting a pond with a fountain and not knowing too much about fountains, Andy has in very helpful detail talked me through what I needed via the website. If any guidance is needed with regard to a fountain for your pond do call for help and advise if it is needed. Thank you for mine!”

“I don't know anything about fish or ponds and am very grateful for the patient and sound advice that I got from water-garden. They suggested a filer product for my pond which is a great piece of kit that has completely sorted out the water quality. Very good, friendly, advice. Highly recommended. Martin”
