“Disappointed. The motor doesn't fit the reservoir and we are having a lot of difficulty in establishing a regular flow of water meaning it isn't always landing on the splash mat. The consequence is that the reservoir is running out of water within about 10 minutes.”

“Thank you for the speedy delivery as always. Just a note I’ve used this extension cable with my oase lunaqua3 led pond lights and works fine. The connector nut does not fit/seal as good as an oase one but all good as oase don’t appear to offer an equivalent extension cable”

“I ordered a 2" hose tail to link my ball valve (also purchased through water garden; great product by the way) to my 2" hose pipe. Worked a treat! The online support was also spot on, very responsive and really did make the difference in helping me choose water garden over other suppliers. Thank you.”

“Placed an order with water-garden.co.uk, and have heard absolutely nothing back. Tried contacting them using the various comms channels on their website, and still no response. Very quick to take the money, but absolute silence since then. Extremely disappointed.”

“Excellent small local company, always a pleasure to deal with them. I've bought four different pumps there in the past couple of years, two recent ones being floating fountains to improve aeration in the hot weather and they do the job very well. Jack's cheery service and wide knowledge make it a good experience.”

“The original pump we ordered was too small and the staff at Water Garden were very helpful in directing us towards a much better pump. They also dealt with the refund very promptly. Also, they were very helpful with the fitting over the phone when we got around to fixing up the new bigger pump. We would certainly use them again. Excellent service.”
