“I needed to replace a pond fountain that was unreliable (it used the wrong type of pump and the nozzle kept getting blocked). I spoke to Andy at Water Garden over the phone a couple of times for advice and he explained all the options and what would be most suitable. He went through exactly which components I'd need (pump and fountain head, obviously, but also connectors, risers etc). I ordered it all online and it turned up within a couple of days. Thanks to Andy's comprehensive advice and product knowledge, the order had everything I needed and so I had it up and running inside an hour. The Oase pumps are not cheap and neither was the fountain head but I'm confident that it will be far more reliable than the previous installation. It also looks far better and will aerate the pond more effectively.”

“WG is a supplier of equipment for garden water features. They have an excellent range. I have recently used them to supply 3 water blades, water pump and accessories. The equipment was destined for use in Oman and shipped through my agent in the UK. Although it took some time to get 45cm water blade, all the equipment has now arrived in Oman and I look forward to designing the wall water feature with my builder. I would use WG again and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Having purchased the impeller I discovered I ordered the wrong one. Called Water Garden and they confirmed what I already thought, our unit was approximately thirteen years older and would possibly be difficult to find the right replacement (had already decided it might be the case) however, I was very impressed with the offer of help in sourcing the part. I figured it was best to buy a new pond pump and really pleased I did, our ponds looking wonderful, fish happy and so are the plants. Water Garden kindly refunded the incorrect part I ordered once I returned it to them. Lovely to purchase from a company with great customer service, product knowledge, competitive pricing and quick deliveries.”

“The gent that conducted the sale provided a number of measurements to ensure that my existing tools and the suction hose would fit my now obsolete Pondomatic 2 machine. It has adapted perfectly. I was surprised to see the O.D. of this pipe was 38 mm as opposed to the original which was 45 mm O.D. This however did not seem to detract from it's performance. Thank you 'Water Garden' for excellent service.”

“My wife responded to you enquiry of 12th July, which was 2 weeks after purchasing Viresco algae control. The product was only just starting to take affect at that time. Our pool now looks fantastic - the best for several years. I reckon it took a little over 3 weeks before it started to control the algae. Many thanks for your advice. I have tried to include a photo, but have not been able to attach it to this review. If you would like to receive a photo please let me have an e-mail address.”
