“Really good advice on the parts needed to repair my Biotec filter but disappointed when they arrived without screws to assemble and with a European plug, given that the order came to over £300 would have hoped for better, still its down to the people who pack I guess, not the technical team.”

“Would highly recommend this company. Right from the beginning, Bradley from their technical sales team listened to what to what we wanted, he made recommendations and we purchased the equipment necessary. “Water Garden sent a different product to that advertised. They asked me to return the goods, which I did at my own expense on the same day. They received the goods back in August and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed as promised. No response to requests for credit from either their accounts or sales departments. I'd recommend to avoid doing any business with this company as they do not honour their word in a timely manner.”

“I purchased 6 pumps and all have broken within weeks. One failed in four days. They are simply not fit for purpose. I purchased All For Pond pumps from Amazon and they’ve worked perfectly in the same water.”
