“I initially purchased a UV bulb that was delivered the next day, however, when I tried to fit it I found it was the wrong one. After a phone call later with James I was in the company's office where I was treated well and was allowed to return the bulb and replace it with the correct one. The service was first class. Finding Water-Garden has allowed me to have a supplier on my doorstep that I will use for any future items I may need in the future.”

“When I phoned your company I spoke to Joe who I found very helpful in regards the item that I wanted How ever when the item arrived I was surprised to see the pipe connection tail I was expecting to see a tail that has a reducing hose size If you have one could I have a price This is no fault of yours”

“Excellent fountain supplied by Water Garden. Easy to install. Super fast delivery. Had issue with missing part, called Water Garden who Identified the part immediately and despatched and delivered next day. Very impressed with service and knowledge of person I spoke to. Highly recommend Water Garden and the fountain is just what I wanted at good price. Thank You.”

“The pump I bought was competitively priced, delivered quickly and works well. It then required various fitting to allow it to do the job it was required to do. These were sorted out fairly quickly and sent quickly. I would use water garden again.”

“Loved the fountain and works well once set up properly. The only issue I have is it doesn't come with an English plug ... for the money, it costs you would have thought at least an adaptor could have been included in the box.”
