Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you found our customer service satisfactory. However, we would like to clarify your comment regarding the product being "poor" or not as advertised. We take great care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate and representative. In your case, we responded promptly to your concerns and provided a direct comparison showing that the product you received does match the listing. While we understand that personal expectations can vary, the item supplied was consistent with what was advertised. As always, we’re happy to assist further and continue to offer the option to return the item for a full refund if it’s not to your satisfaction. Kind regards, The Wallfillers Team
