“I received an order and although it was beautiful, it did not match my decor and needed to be returned. The returns process was a little tricky merely due to the size of the canvas and it was also costly so I would need to be 100% sure of my choice before ordering anything else. I was notified of receipt of the returned item and the refund was processed very quickly, albeit not the full amount as shipping and taxes were deducted from the balance.”

Hello, Following our recent telephone conversation regarding your review, we were disappointed to see that it is still showing, as you kindly assured us you would remove or amend it once you discovered that our replies had been sent to your spam/junk folder. This occurred due to your updated email address, which understandably meant our earlier communication wasn’t seen. As mentioned during our call, we would be very grateful if you could update or remove the review. As a small family business, reviews have a significant impact, and this particular one gives the impression that we had not responded — when we now know the issue was simply due to emails being directed to your spam folder. Thank you again for your understanding and for your time in helping us resolve this. Kind regards, Team Wallfillers

“Very pleased with the product but the shipping was £35 so will not be buying again as I live in central Scotland and not worth the delivery costs”
