Hello Kim We’re very sorry that your picture was damaged in transit. Our team has been in touch and offered you either an exchange or a partial refund. You requested the exchange for Tuesday, which indicates you love the picture and want to display it. The damage was due to the courier network and not a reflection of the product itself. “No issue with Wallfillers. However their choice of delivery company is unfortunately poor. APC continuously fail to deliver with no customer service or means if contact. Delivery rescheduled 4 times and this was a repeat from a previous order also. Not a coincidence. I actually think they only want to deliver to my area at weekends which would suggest lack of capacity. Communication etc and the artwork was absolutely fine with Wallfillers.”
