“Pictures were great but a word of warning about the template - my three picture template drill holes ( or fitted hanging hooks were wrong so do check before drilling holes in your wall .”

Thanks for your review, Alex We’re disappointed to read your comments, particularly the suggestion that you didn’t receive a response from our customer service team, as that’s not the case. In your message on the evening of Friday, 3rd October, you mentioned: “The print has been slightly damaged en route. It’s not damaged badly enough to return, but I’m also not 100% happy.” We replied first thing on Monday morning (6th October at 08:32), asking for a few more photos to better understand the issue and offer a resolution. We didn’t hear anything back after that. We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, and we’re genuinely sorry we didn’t get the chance to do so here. Kind regards, The Wallfillers Team
