I am really disappointed with the decal. The circles seem to have stretched and will not stick to the wall. Some have good but some have creases and some will not stick. I have tried heating it but it still doesn't work.

Lie after lie regarding delivery of my order. I was told yesterday it would be picked up for delivery today. Didn't get any sort of conformation of shipping so waited in most of the morning and sent various emails asking if it was definitely arriving. No reply. Got to mid afternoon went on live chat, was on for around an hour with still no conformation. The advisor, Lauren, stated it was defiantly sent but didn't provide a tracking number. I stated in the chat I would rather be told the truth and if it wasn't sent just to tell me so I didn't waste any more time waiting. The chat ended with her saying her manager was on the phone to the courier and she would email me, but still no tracking number, I was just ignored when I asked for this. I didn't get the email, I think this was just a delay tactic to get me off the chat, which was unavailable later on. I waited in all day and still no parcel. Logged on to my account to see it says not dispatched! No idea if it will come tomorrow, but will have to spend another day waiting in all day. I understand delays can happen but the absolute disgrace is the lying. I haven't received my item yet and it's for a birthday present tomorrow. The delay would have been a slight issue but because of lies and wasting my time I would never order from here again.

I’ve been asked by Wallart-Direct to complete a short review of their services and the product that I have purchased.... ..,,,which is weird. Because they haven’t sent it yet. It’s been “processing” for 8 days. They probably should have sent the print i paid £60 for before asking for a review!

Placed an order on 6th August and despite several emails (none replied to ) and numerous phone calls (answer machine, all messages ignored) I have still not received my Banksy prints. Rubbish - now think this is a con.

Just received my two ordered art posters. When unpacking I can see that both posters are damaged due to very poor packaging. There’s no tube containing the posters - only the outer packaging. How can a company selling posters be so bad at packaging???? Absolutely rubbish!!!

Ordered my print over a week ago. Emails enquiring progress are ignored. A live chat established they had moved offices but when I asked what ETA of print would be - I only had silence from the Agent. Only wish I could see what I ordered to review!!

I ordered my picture back in August and still haven’t received it. I have contacted them numerous times and all I get is oh the delivery man didn’t turn up, called again yes it will be delivered on Tuesday 8th September..... still waiting .... called again and they don’t answer. Wish I read the reviews before using this place. All I can say is DON’T USE THEM ... I now have to fight to get my money back. CG Watford

Ordered a selection of prints as website stated would be shipped within 24 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting. Spoke to customer service who said they’d call back and didn’t. Emailed twice and finally got a response and was told they guaranteed delivery by end of week. End of week passed and still waiting. Feeling pretty fed up and certainly won’t be ordering from this company again - if I ever get the prints.

The quality of workmanship on the canvas print i received was a disgrace. When i complained about this i was told it was not a problem as the faulty work was not visible once the canvas was hung on the wall. The one thing i was pleased with was that i have received a full refund..

The canvas received was a really cheap looking print. Absolutely not worth the money we paid ! On a positive note it was delivered on time but I won't be ordering anything again.

The print is very poor quality and you can see the pixels the canvas has not been stretched enough and their is a mark. The dilivery was a day late and the product is over priced and will be returning

Order placed on 3rd of April and today is 20th April and my order still has not arrived. I will be more than happy to change my views if I get my order delivered. ( I have tried to ring about the missing item, but don't seem to be able to get an answer).

The wall sticker was really poor and wouldn't come off the backing paper. The whole lot went into the bin. Very poor and I won't use again
