I have to day I was very happy with my 3 prints when They arrived ,carefully wrapped to prevent t damage. Sadly this happiness wasn't carried through when I opened the wrapping as the frames on all 3 are damaged

For the money I paid I was expecting a decent frame and glass. Instead of all cheap plastic. Even they print inside is ruffled. I wouldn't use them again. Cheap products for middle money. Very disappointing

Picture quality and detail on canvas good but flimsy. Needed to have a stiff backing.

Item never received! The courier never delivered the item to me and instead returned it to Wallart Direct without an explanation. I’m still waiting to find out what the issue is and whether we will receive a refund or the item will be sent out to us again. So far, not a great experience.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of frame and stability of the print. For the money,( it wasn't cheap!!) I would expect a better quality. I won't be buying anymore from Walmart direct,it's cheaper to buy the prints from another site and then get a better frame separately

Sadly I am not hugely impressed by the quality of the print and the frames are poorly joined at the corners. I was sent the wrong frames - but couldn't find the energy to rewrap and send back. Shame because the website is very easy to use and has a good range of prints.

Products (Canvas prints on wooden frame) not well made and poorly finished. Packaging for transport also poor.

Parcel arrived damaged with one of three frames broken beyond use. Overall, the prints themselves are high quality but given the broken frame they can’t be displayed hence the poor review.

Disappointed by quality of prints- very low pixel count. The canvas is not taught and is very floppy. I have emailed Wallart but two weeks later I've had no reply, and don't expect one. I just wish I had read some reviews before ordering. If you want good quality don't buy from the company. If you will be okay with mediocre quality then consider buying from them. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not recieved goods after 4wks , not able to leave a message on there voicemail because its conveniently full , emailed customer service 3 times , what customer service, no reply at all , very very poor business, will now go for a charge back on my credit card , thankfully I paid by credit card , I'd rather catch the plague than deal with this company .

The order itself is fine but I am very disappointed with the customer service. I couldn’t track the order as I was given no details. Tried to contact by phone- mailbox full. Online chat just told me it had been dispatched and having sent 3 emails I’m still waiting for a response!!

I’ve been looking for so long for the right picture, and came across Walmart direct,There were so many beautiful canvases to choose from and I had finally found one that I loved, It worked out £72 for the size I wanted, The delivery was fast, but when I unwrapped it the picture looks distorted when close up and the canvas was quite flimsy on the frame, Definitely not worth £72 very disappointing. Just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

I recieved the picture in the wrong frame and have no email reciept or address to raise this issue . ...very poor service although the print is good the frame is not the one I wanted and I seem to have no route of redress

Order tracking did not work, as it wasn't with the courier company. Tried to contact Wallart Direct by phone, number did not work. No response to e-mails. Waited 23 days for the poster to eventually arrive. Just received an e-mail out of the blue saying it was going to be delivered. Not overly pleased with the quality of the print, wording was blurred and odd spots of ink around the poster. A very disappointing experience, especially as the Trustpilot reviews had been good!!!

Ordered 3 framed prints with silver frames. Only one arrived with the silver frame. Also the mitred joints on the large frame were all split open. Wouldnt
