Print is too dark and in the WRONG frame, AGAIN. I had to buy new frames and remount the prints, myself.

The canvas on both pictures were a little loose. Dispatched promptly but let down by the couriers, quite slow on delivery and the packaging on one picture was in a poor state, fortunately the picture was not damaged.

Canvases should have correct print on the sides rather than how it is just crop of the picture on the front the quality on custom canvases wasn't the best but they are good qaulity canvases overall. Would recommend.

Order arrived damaged and completely unusable. Really disappointed, first time using wall art direct and my experience has put me off using them again. However a positive note, customer services were very prompt in responding to my complaint, apologised and I received my refund within 3 days so based on that I may give them another go. I would suggest they look at their choice of delivery partner though.

We were happy with the speed with which the prints were despatched and the quality of the prints. However we felt the frames appeared cheap and completely ruined the effect. We would have been happy to have paid more for better frames.

Quick delivery but item colour not as vibrant as what seen on the website.Overall disappointed and no reply from Walmart.

I never received my items. Attempted to contact Wallart Direct 6 times with no luck. Attempting to get a recharge through my bank. UPDATE: After posting this review I received a refund very quickly. No response on other channels, but happy it is now resolved.

Please ignore my previous two reviews as don’t know how to delete 🤪, poster finally arrived. Postage took 2 weeks not 3-5 days. There is nobody on chat facility, answering the phone or replying to email but I did get the product. It is print on canvas, not bad quality and I quite like the print effect but may not be to everyone’s liking.

We purchased a metal canvas, being the largest landscape measurements. Uploading the image and sorting the design was relatively simple, the image looked to be crystal clear and how we wanted it. However, after arriving it was we feared, by having the largest canvas, it pixelated the image, which when you look closer, took away the sharpness of the image. One of the corners of the picture arrived slightly bent (packaging was excellent) but must have been caused by the delivery company. Overall, quick and simple, just if you go too big, the picture isn't great and might be best trying an alternative option.

Update on previous post 2 days ago - we heard back from company who promise to swap our picture, will update once resolved !! .................(original post ) we ordered a print and you sent wrong one, we asked for a sun setting over a town and you sent a surfer , we have emailed you numerous times & phoned you but you ignore our messages, terrible customer service, we want our money back

I ordered two canvases and I'm satisfied. The print quality is good, the canvases aren't very textured. The overall quality seems good and they are a good addition to any boring wall. My only serious criticism is that the frames are quite thick, more so than I expected.

Service was absolutely fine, they turned up fairly quickly. The packaging was quite damaged, this meant that a canvas was slightly stretched on one. My biggest issue was the quality of the pictures, it is not good! One is so dark we can't use it and the others are not what they looked like online at all.

The artwork is absolutely perfect. Shame about the frames being gold and not Silver as was ordered, which Wallart emphatically assist are actually Silver. The response to the query was Blunt, Rude and inconsiderate.

I was called out unexpectedly on the delivery date! I pinned a note on my front door requesting they delivered to a neighbour a couple of doors away! However the neighbour was actually at her front door and watched the delivery person go to my front door, looked at my note and then she placed the parcel adjacent to my door! My neighbour waited until the delivery person had left our little close of 10 houses and retrieved my parcel, it was dented in the corners and on taking the print out of the box the canvas was creased along the top ! It said ready to hang on the website but I had a friend who fitted ‘eyes’ into the frame work and used a suitable wire to hang the picture. I loved the picture! Delivery was swift but not good! Disappointed with the whole experience!

Loved the picture. Shame about the delivery. Didn't arrive on time, the box was battered, but thankfully the picture was intact.
