Lie after lie regarding delivery of my order.
I was told yesterday it would be picked up for delivery today.
Didn't get any sort of conformation of shipping so waited in most of the morning and sent various emails asking if it was definitely arriving. No reply.
Got to mid afternoon went on live chat, was on for around an hour with still no conformation. The advisor, Lauren, stated it was defiantly sent but didn't provide a tracking number. I stated in the chat I would rather be told the truth and if it wasn't sent just to tell me so I didn't waste any more time waiting. The chat ended with her saying her manager was on the phone to the courier and she would email me, but still no tracking number, I was just ignored when I asked for this.
I didn't get the email, I think this was just a delay tactic to get me off the chat, which was unavailable later on. I waited in all day and still no parcel. Logged on to my account to see it says not dispatched!
No idea if it will come tomorrow, but will have to spend another day waiting in all day.
I understand delays can happen but the absolute disgrace is the lying. I haven't received my item yet and it's for a birthday present tomorrow. The delay would have been a slight issue but because of lies and wasting my time I would never order from here again.
