“Our account manager Jay Wilson is great for us here at Care Computers, Jay feel like he is part of our team, he's always available via email or Teams and communicates very clearly. If he is ever unsure about something I'm asking he will always tell me and then will go and find the answers I need. We have regular account meetings to catch up and discuss any positives or negatives we have experienced recently, if there are any negatives Jay will take them away and come back quickly with a resolution. Jay is also very good at keeping us up to date with new offerings from Infinigate Cloud making sure we have all the latest information on products and is always there to help with new customer opportunities.”
