"Oliver was amazing. Didn't have to give him an essay's worth of information and he managed to hit the nail right on the head and tell me exactly where the issue was. While the problem was with domain expiry - he obviously couldn't fix it. But he managed to point out the fault really quickly. You guys are definitely doing something right! Thank you."
