“This is the third time i'm reaching the support and the support told me this Closing as I can see finance have fixed this this morning. “We've been working with Infinigate Cloud for a while now & couldn't be happier. The portal makes it simple to manage licences & keep on top of everything for our customers. What really sets them apart though is the people. Kimberley Toomer, our Business Development Manager, has been outstanding. She's responsive, proactive & always on hand whenever we need anything - whether that's a quick question or something more involved, nothing is ever too much trouble. “We've had a great experience with Infinigate Cloud. The platform is simple to use, makes managing licenses easy, and has pretty much everything we need for both our business and our customers all in one place. A huge shoutout to Kimberley Toomer, our Business Development Manager, who has been absolutely fantastic from day one. Kim is always available when we need support, incredibly easy to get hold of, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. She responded promptly to queries, communicates clearly, and ensured that technical information was easy for stakeholders to understand. Emma also took ownership of stakeholder communications, keeping all parties informed and aligned throughout the engagement.
