once again, i logged a ticket, and got a response when the issue was resolved. Also the response was just follow up questions about what accounts had the issue. My ticket questioned is there an issue in your data centre as ALL our sites were failing. 20+ sites as i mentioned in my email.

Louis our account manager is on it with us, we have a Teams channel setup where we can submit enquiries, which makes life as an MSP so much easier rather than trying to hunt a number/email, submit a ticket etc.
