“Having been with Infinigate Cloud when Sophos changed distributors, the service we need has always been great. “Unfortunately I had to chase up on the ticket. Each time the person didnt read the ticket and asked for updates that had already been provided. The system has been designed in a terrible way and its not intuative at all. A link is shown on page to approve the MSA which has no bearing on the error shown.”

“Great service! - I was with another provider and their platofrm was a little easier for some API actions but with Valerie and Chris's help I was able to very easily adapt my current needs to their API. The fact that I was even allowed to book a call with one of their developers to ask some questions was extremely valuable!”
