Had contacted Andrew (Azure Architect), via Teams, following up on a conversation that he, Matt Latham and I had about setting up a new Azure subscription. I'd set it up and something had gone wrong (well, I went wrong and typed the incorrect email address for the global admin into the setup screens in Core). Andrew messaged Oliver, who then messaged me via Teams directly and was straight on the case, got the issue resolved and enabled me to continue moving some Azure resources I had running in my own Azure tenant to the new client Azure tenant. Superstar Oliver. A million thanks.

Working with Vuzion over the years I have had a number of interactions with Rob Gray, during which time I have always been impressed with his approach, knowledge and professionalism. When I was asked if I had any preference in selecting a new account manager, Rob was the obvious choice. Rob has been our account manager for a matter of weeks but is already making a difference. The key differentiator is that Rob is proactive, and it comes across that he really wants his partners to succeed, he seeks to understand what we need, what we want, what our challenges are and not just looking for an upsell opportunity, in other words Rob adds value.
