“Jay Wilson is an absolute credit to your organisation. I have never experienced an Account Manager that is so pro-active in terms of keeping us informed with the latest updates. Jay has a good understanding of the needs of our business, which makes the relationship a very positive one. On the rare occasion that we have needed to reach out to support, Jay has been able to step in and manage the transaction for us, minimising operational issues and allowing us to carry on servicing our customers.”
