“We've always had prompt, concise and informative responses from our account manager, Matt Latham. Seemingly always available to offer insight and assistance when needed, and the support staff have also been incredibly useful as and when required. I've managed to make a couple of blunders in ordering products but Matt and the support staff have been quick to help resolve the issues and put me on the right track to avoid similar issues in future.”

“We have a great relationship with Vuzion. Having used a number of other Microsoft CSP's previously, we were impressed with Vuzion's level of service and focus which matched our own. We have built a really good relationship with our Account Manager Jamie Gray, who is always on hand to communicate new initiatives, share ideas and answer questions. It usually doesnt matter what we ask him, if he doesnt know the answer, he will find someone who does.”

“We have been working with Vuzion for approximately 2 years now and we are extremely happy with the service and relationship we have built over this time. Matt Latham our Account Manager has been superb and a great replacement for Reece. His knowledge of the Vuzion portfolio is very good and if he doesn't know something is comfortable in letting us know but will always go away and find the answers in good time. We have also had the pleasure of working very closely to Liam Hardie who has help us drive our marketing to a new level. Both have grown to understand our business, which can only help both Vuzion and Cloud1 grow and achieve more together.”
