Very pleased with my dealings so far with Infinigate - Louis Saunders has been very helpful explaining how things work and going through the infinigate Cloud platform. Charlotte Steed has been great in getting me up and running with my WatchGuard purchases.

Ravi was absolutely ace. I contacted Infinigate as we utilise their services already, and I was hoping to get some more information on what they could offer us. He was incredibly informative, friendly and speedy in all of his responses and we have scheduled several meetings ince being in touch. Ravi had great expertise on how he could assist us, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

once again, i logged a ticket, and got a response when the issue was resolved. Also the response was just follow up questions about what accounts had the issue. My ticket questioned is there an issue in your data centre as ALL our sites were failing. 20+ sites as i mentioned in my email.
