“Whilst I understand that Microsoft MCA changes have come in, Infingate have not handled this well. It is almost impossible to know when an order needs it or not, how to get to the agreement and when its successful. Email delivery around this subject has been poor. Really feel let down as an MSP by infinigate and has now prompted a review as a supplier.”
