“When I had the issue, Logged a ticket with your support team, Within minutes Matt called me and invited Mohammed to see and understand the issue. Mohammed promised that he will check this up in the back end and get back to me. Again within the hour, I had a call from Mohammed, Connected to me by using the Teams, Took me over with the process and helped to complete the order. I am very very happy with the service from Infinigate especially the way things explained by Mohammed. Have a nice long weekend Team.”
