“One damaged panel - very prompt response to get this replaced which was great. Unfortunately the replacement was also damaged so a second was sent and was promised that this would be checked before leaving for delivery. Appreciated this sentiment but unfortunately the third replacement was still damaged. We installed it in the end as the damage was not visible but did leave a slight taste of disappointment on an otherwise fantastic product and otherwise brilliant service.”

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear of the problems experienced. I can confirm the second replacement door was fully inspected before leaving Vufold but again was damaged during transit, this should not have reoccurred and we are truly sorry you have been let down during the delivery process. “Excellent on line help to provide product specification details to assist in the decision to buy process. Followed by on time delivery of doors. Relatively easy to fit ... at least that's what the joiner said! So far they do everything they say 'on the jar'”

“Fast and efficient service, all delivered on time with no damage or parts missing. The installation instructions are excellent, even for a diy enthusiast like me, if followed you should have no problems. Doors and frame manufactured to a high standard. I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The doors were purchased as part of a house improvement build, they are still in the manufacturing packaging. Once installed we are confident they will look amazing as the view we have of the doors they look reall quality. Delivery was a prompt and on the day and time slot agreed.”

“Everything arrived on time and all the components were included so a good start. Easy enough to assemble and install. However there were a couple of minor issues with some of the hinge cut-outs on the pivot door which meant that when adjusting the pivot bolt it rubbed against the door facing leaving small abrasion marks. The 10mm of wood above this cut-out and the top of the door also split and fell off when attaching the hinge. Finally, the locking mechanism cut-outs on the jamb were out by 10mm which meant I had to drill out more wood to line up the jamb locks with those on the door, leaving a gap on the jamb itself. But overall the feel is one of quality. However the company might want to check computer settings on the jig.”

“Good value.Good service. The quality and thought gone into manufacture And the comlete package including fixings and delivery is first class. I have been a carpenter @ joinery contractor for 46 years so this makes VUFOLD as good as you get”
