“The internal doors look really good and fitted with no fuss. We have also installed some blinds on external doors we had fitted a couple of years ago - and I would highly recommend them, they look great and really finish our kitchen/diner beautifully. One downside, we ordered two sets of blinds but only one has turned up so we have had to rebook the fitter to return with the other set.”

“While the product is good .When the order was placed we were let down with the fitting day .Two hours before it was due to be fitted we got a call to say it was not ready. So a new fitting date was made as we had changed all are plans for that day we were not too pleased .We phoned vufold and where told we would get a call back it did not happen .”

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of the problem experienced. The blind installer booked a date in with you before receiving delivery of the blinds, this should not have happened and more notice should have been provided to you regarding the error. We are very sorry for any miss communication and we have addressed the issues internally to eliminate this from happening again. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

“The doors were top quality and good value but the after service was poor as I had to pay an extra £30 for items that were missing from delivery.”

“Doors high quality and delivered on time. Doors give options to have rooms totally open plan or separated, with still giving impression of bigger space through glass. One criticism is instructions are slightly wrong with bottom pivot actually offset and a hinge on the finesse doors and therefore mounted within the bottom track which is unclear on instructions - one to watch out for. Other than that though fitted the doors myself and are absolutely fine. Really happy with end result.”

“A beautiful door that is well crafted. My contractor said the door was fairly simple to install. After installing their will be a need to carry out a few adjustments but that is simple to do. I would definitely recommend Vufold for its service and quality of the door.”

“Ordered 14ft Supreme Bi-fold doors mid February and had to store them for a few days until builder was ready to fit. They arrived on time and well packed to avoid damage in transit. They are now in position and look fantastic, the opening and closing operation is very easy. I would not hesitate in recommending Vufold to all my family and friends.”

“Waited for doors to be installed and used for a few weeks before feedback. Operate beautifully. Quality is excellent from kit contents, pre-drilling/routing and instructions. Everything needed is in kit. Joiner spent most of his time building a square/plumb frame around brickwork than he did fitting the Vufold frame and doors. He reckoned that I, as a competent diy'er, could have fitted the entire Vufold kit myself (with assistance for holding etc). First time he had fitted Vufold and he was so impressed he asked for the details. Only one improvement point :Tell the customer to drill through the sticky hinge drill hole templates first then remove them prior to varnishing the doors - almost got caught out !”

“The quality of the product is excellent, packaging and instructions super and easy to follow. Only took my son and I 1 1/2hrs to do. the ONLY criticism is that a pre-finished option would be nice? Otherwise 10/10 Many Thanks”
