“Very pleased with the doors, A little disappointed with the lack of extra fitting accessories, example being the screws I.e no spares. Also found the quality lacking a bit, had a screw snap on me, mid drill. Overall very good”

“Vufold were recommended to me by two people before I purchased. When the doors arrived I was not disappointed. I bought the external Prestige Oak and the finish of the product is excellent. Assembling them is OK the instructions are all there, but if you have any doubt over interpretation, you can look at the brilliant video animations of the door operation on the web site, then all becomes clear. Would I buy another set, definitely.”

“Stunning doors - we ordered the 16ft and 10ft Aluminium clad Oak doors with triple glazing and they were fitted a week ago. They look absolutely beautiful and once cleaned up will give the new extension a fresh contemporary feel. The only downside is that from ordering you only get 4 weeks to delivery so don't order them too long in advance before fitting is required, and they don't fit either although they can recommend a fitter if you ask them.”

“Our whole experience with Vufold has been excellent. We ordered our doors on line and they were delivered promptly. We had a phone call to tell us when they were going to be delivered the following week and they came when they said they would by two very helpful gentlemen. The doors came well packaged and we were given 72 hours to report any missing items. The doors came on the Friday and we fitted them on the Saturday. Everything was put in order for us and we found it easy to follow the instructions. Our doors look fantastic and we have had loads of complements what's more we do not have to paint them. “Bought the doors unseen, largely off the customer feedback & I haven't been disappointed. They were delivered on time and the quality is excellent. They seem very well built and the builder working on our extension had them hung and working in a day. He was also impressed with the build quality. Too early to say how they will last but the fact they hang from the upper rail and use the bottom as a guide should mean they will be less prone to sticking. Overall very happy.”

“Room divider arrived on time within the delivery slot. The quality of the product seems very good. The fitting instructions could be easier to follow, but some of the problem may be down to a misplaced label indicating which side the bi-fold doors hang. The builders had already fitted the frame so they had to remove it and and turn the bottom track the other way round. With hindsight a good inspection of the frame before it was fitted would have shown the misalignment of the tracking. We are very pleased with the end result.”

“I am very impressed with hardwood bi-fold doors that you supplied. All the fittings and the doors themselves are very high quality and they look fantastic on my new room on the roof! They also represent excellent value for money. I thought Vufold's staff were very helpful and the only issue I would have is with the delivery - the doors were not collected from Vufold for best part of a week, even though they in stock and, although the delivery company did allow me to pick them up from Milton Keynes, I feel this could have been avoided. However, I don't really have any complaints and am very happy with the doors. Thanks! Paola Farino”

“Our builders were very impressed with how easy it was to fit the doors and that items like screw bits were included. There were a few instances when the instructions could have been clearer and a couple of screws appeared to be missing but overall a very good product. The doors look excellent and the service was excellent in responding to queries and progressing the delivery.”

“From ordering to delivery everything went smooth and efficient.One or two small bump marks on the frame members that have broken the paint finish but not worth complaining about as small enough to conceal.Read thru instructions and looks clear and manageable.Overall very impressed but will be a lot happier when its in!”

“Delivery was handled well with good prior communication. Instructions were on the whole good but could do with being revamped as certain areas were a bit vague and misleading also with a little bit of attention to small hardware details a good product could be made even better”

“We only just have our doors fitted (Finesse 8ft Internal Bifold Doors, oak finish) so in time I might happily change my rating to very good. The company were very helpful and efficient with our order and the doors themselves seem very well made and solid, working smoothly and looking really good. The only issue we had was with delivery which was a day outside the maximum of 10 working days which their delivery company email said clearly was only to be expected in 'remote areas' which we definitely are not ; with a bank holiday and two weekends we ended up waiting two and a half weeks (the one-off faster delivery charge was way outside our budget). This level of delivery service doesn't seem to match with the general Vufold offer. It would also be good to have an option of finished oak as treating them is by no means straightforward.”

“Very very pleased with these doors, I fit the doors myself and these were probably the best instructions I have ever come across. Everything was well thought about, will definitely be getting another set for our other room, well done and thankyou”
