“The whole experience of purchasing three bifolding doors couldn't have been easier. Website is slick and intuitive, technical support is excellent, delivery was quick, installation was simple and build quality is exceptional. Just wish all the other suppliers I've used on my selfbuild were as good!”

“I spent several hours on several different sites including the Majors like Wickes & B&Q as well as other specialist online companies, Vufold was the best, most informative and the video showing how the doors functioned was unique and very helpful. The purchasing process was easy and delivery was ahead of schedule with the individual doors being well wrapped and padded against damage in transit and everything else in sealed boxes. Unfortunately the doors were being fitted as part of a major kitchen refit with plastering to all walls and ceiling and we were unable to open/check the contents due to the damp conditions until after the 72hr deadline. Unfortunately, the tradesman managed to lose one of the magnetic door stays but the company still sent a replacement free of charge, excellent! The lady at the telephone was very friendly, polite & professional, what more can you ask?”

“i ordered some doors from Creative but they were out of stock. They called me when they were back in and took my order, unfortunately I was having building work done and had to cancel 4 days later due to a change in the size of door needed. I have to say they were brilliant very co-operative always willing to help and refunded my money straight away. a pleasure to deal with..”
