“Recommended by a friend to use this company. Very easy website to order from - no hidden prices or need to call the company - everything was there to view, price and make up my order. Prompt confirmation of the order and delivery within a week. Very good delivery company used, informed me of the day of delivery and further call when 20 minutes away. The two delivery men were excellent, explained the paperwork and what to check on delivery & how long we had to report any damages etc. Very happy with quality and look of the doors. Thank You.”

“I had a number of questions before ordering. These were answered promptly and professionally. This helped me to confidently order the best product for my needs. The doors have arrived and appear to be of good quality and all parts are there too. Next stage is installation and I've opted for a professional in order to ensure the best possible finished product.”

“Checked my bifold doors and fittings following delivery. Pleased with the obvious high quality of the fittings. Unfortunately two of the three doors had some minor blemishes in the paint. Called Vufold and explained the problem. Immediate apology from them and instructions on how to sent details, pictures of damage. Problem sorted very quickly and efficiently resulting in two replacement doors being delivered. These had already been checked for quality before delivery so were perfect. Excellent customer service! Very glad I chose Vufold.”

“Both the product and customer service was excellent. I was even able to speak to a real ‘person’ on the telephone with a couple of queries without waiting in a queue listening to dreadful music. That is a very rare occurrence these days. The doors look lovely and very good quality. A carpenter friend of ours fitted them for us and was particularly impressed with the fitting kit and instructions and quality of tools and fittings provided. Many thanks.”

“Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, which is great service. The delivery people were very friendly. The instructions for assembly of the door and fixings were very clear, in simple English. I found it best to order the frame and fixing kit at the same time. They even include masonry drill bits.”

“We bought the Inspire door kit, it arrived well packaged and undamaged. The quality of all the parts is excellent. The instructions were a bit lacking for us D.I.Y. ers and some photos of actually assembled doors showing key points would have helped. The online Chat service was great and helped us a lot. It was nice to have some tools supplied but some additional tools were needed. I get turned on by small details, the quality of the screws and driver bits were great. The door is now fitted and looks lovely.”

“Arrived within 48 hours, really good system bi folds and easy to install. Quality seems good and Vufold seem to have a more trusted presence out there compared to other similar companies. Going back to order the blinds from them too!!”

“I bought a 5 door 3.6m from the Master Range. My neighbour and I (he is a joiner) fitted it in about 6 hours. The length of the opening meant I needed a pfc steel lintel and nuts and bolts for fixings. It is important not to put a course of bricks on to the lintel prior to fixing the nuts and bolts for obvious reasons. Very happy with the door and Cheryl in the after care team and Shane Martin the salesman were most helpful.A happy customer.”
