Checked my bifold doors and fittings following delivery. Pleased with the obvious high quality of the fittings. Unfortunately two of the three doors had some minor blemishes in the paint. Called Vufold and explained the problem. Immediate apology from them and instructions on how to sent details, pictures of damage. Problem sorted very quickly and efficiently resulting in two replacement doors being delivered. These had already been checked for quality before delivery so were perfect. Excellent customer service! Very glad I chose Vufold.
