Both the product and customer service was excellent. I was even able to speak to a real ‘person’ on the telephone with a couple of queries without waiting in a queue listening to dreadful music. That is a very rare occurrence these days. The doors look lovely and very good quality. A carpenter friend of ours fitted them for us and was particularly impressed with the fitting kit and instructions and quality of tools and fittings provided. Many thanks.
