“Website ordering and customer service were super easy and responsive. Various boxes were delivered promptly (2wks) to suit my availability, which contained everything I needed to DIY install. After reinforcing the beam above the door, because they hang, the installation instructions were very easy to follow and proved precise. Very satisfying installation job for a competent DIYer.”

“The installers have just completed fitting the Bi-Fold doors and my wife and I are delighted with the result. The product quality was superb and fitting instructions were most comprehensive which made the installation so much easier. The internal partition provides us with a much cosier living room which we will enjoy during the winter months. Your Sales and Customer Support staff should be complimented on their knowledge and friendly attitude and I am delighted that I picked your product. Many thanks, Don McQuin”

“We were referred to Vufold by a 3rd party. Shane was super helpful with our queries regarding the Inspire Internal Bifold Door and subsequent order etc. Helpful that delivery can be delayed by a few weeks. Looking forward to our builders installing the item.”

“I phoned them as I was unsure about the door opening on the Inspire range. The young man was very patient with me as I just didn’t get it to start with but then it suddenly clicked and it became clear. Thank you.”

“My five star rating is based on my experience of Vufold so far. I have yet to erect the doors which looks as though it is going to be quite a challenge. Martin Shane could not have been of greater assistance. He answered all my queries by return and really helpfully. I have not had to use the returns process”

“Fabulous service from beginning to end. I ordered a bifold door which was a pre-made size on Tuesday at 4pm and the door was delivered before 12 noon on Thursday (to Scotland). Everyone I spoke to was very professional and great contact throughout . Courier contacted me to say that day it would be then I got an email saying what times window delivery would be and on the day the driver called to say when he would be there. Doors are stunning . Really delighted with everything. Thank you.”

“The communication from the beginning was excellent. Vufold replied quickly to my enquires regarding sizing. The delivery was fast and the product was of high quality. Our son who is a joiner helped my husband to fit the door, it would have been very difficult for my husband to fit without someone with joinery skills. My husband is a decent DIY person. The doors look fantastic!”

“I recently had the pleasure of installing Malmo Ultimate Front Doors in my home and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The modern design and attention to detail are just some of the features that stood out to me. I feel much more secure with their multi-point locking system and toughened glass.
