“When ordering my items online, I was asked if, for some reason, the parts I ordered were unavailable, would I be open to them supplying a substitute, if said substitute was of equal or better quality to the part they were unable to supply. Or words to that effect. Well, what an excellent service. I of course said 'Yes'. As it turned out, the items I ordered were indeed out of stock, and they rang me up to ask if they were ok to substitute. As I'd already said yes to this online, I thought the phone call a needless step, but nonetheless, I of course said yes again. When the goods arrived, in good time, despite disruption to the postal service, they were just perfect for my needs. Excellent products, and good service. I've only marked them down to four, from a possible maximum of five, as, by making that phone call,they seemed to show a lack of faith in their own online ordering system. A very minor complaint as that is, and probably a bit petty of me, it wouldn't stop me using them again. I recommend them.”

“I have dealt twice with this company and spoken on the phone to customer services. They were able to supply the parts I wanted after sending me a trial sample so that I could ascertain the exact size I wanted. I have now placed two orders with them. I was kept informed at all stages of the orders. The only delay was for my last order which was not their fault but the Postal strike.”

“Normally a speedy service however we still haven't received our order yet, this may be down to the fact you have used royal mail and they have been taking some strike action, hence the long wait.”

“They ought to include a note on the delivery options to remind customers of the delivery times being affected by strikes at Royal Mail. I chose the 3-5 day option but in view of this by the time they goods arrive, chances are I'll have forgotten why i ordered them!”
