“Having ordered a fuel pump that was ready to deliver immediately, i left instructions to the courier Co that for safety reasons, VP refused to agree to. I collected the pp in person the next day from the courier. Its nice to see a company care about delivery and ensuring the customer gets the item rather than fight over the "he said, she said" type arguments when you fail to recieve the item.”

“Willing to supply small orders, a real plus for any DIY project. Online ordering was easy, delivery prompt and parts of good quality. It would have been a 5* review if they had every size I ordered in stock, unfortunately one size was out of stock and realistically they couldn't tool up a short run for a £2 order. Customer support were good about contacting me and offering different options, but a partial refund was the only practical option- it was actioned immediately. I will use Vital Parts again.”

“Sourcing out caps/bungs on the internet and came across Vital Parts. They seemed to have various types of caps & bungs and after having a chat with their representative they sent out some samples. Out of the 3 sent, one was perfect. Another 320 was ordered as the price was competitive, if not better.”
