“Following a very helpful telephone conversation, I received the "free sample" very quickly. My order was processed similarly quickly, and I received my order promptly. I would definitely use these people again. Very good service.”

“We received great service from beginning to end. The free samples meant that we got the right parts for a perfect fit first time and as we ordered 300 this was very important. The parts arrived promptly and were easy to fit so it was job done all within a few days. Would recommend them to anyone looking for similar parts.”

“Our conservatory cane furniture when new , had tiny nylon "feet" on the legs. These got well worn down and were no longer doing their job. What a relief to find a huge range of the type of thing I needed at the Vital Parts website. Lovely product , good price , rapid delivery . Thanks very much from me and the conservatory floor !”

“Ordered specific parts, they sent the wrong parts as they were out of stock on the parts that i have ordered. They should have informed me that they were out of stock before delivery. Now replacement parts were promised to be sent long back and its almost one month since i ordered and have got nothing! Absolutely insane. *UPDATE* Have finally got my replacement parts. They fit and work as expected.”

“Very happy with the product and delivery was very fast, after it was dispatched. Was slightly concerned after 5 working days had past and I had no purchase confirmation and no product, but by lunchtime on day 5 I received a dispatched confirmation and received the item very next day. (I will add tho that it was over a bank holiday weekend, so this may have been the reason). Overall I was very happy! Thank you”

Our advisors are only able to suggest based on the measurements provided and unfortunately can not guarantee accuracy every time, in the future I would suggest requesting a sample to test the sizing beforehand. “Apart from two feet with wrong size screws for adjustment, these replacements were expedited very quickly. The range of feet with bolt screws are stunning. I will know where to go for our own Hotel summer furniture which I will look towards replacing the feet soon. Many thanks for a very prompt supply.”

“Ordered three types of part. Two were Ok , the silicone plugs delivered were the wrong size.I emailed with the details and concern on 18th April and so far no response. Rather too long to reply I feel. As a result of this review had a call from Mike who got the correct plugs sent immediately so great customer service after a false start. Thanks.”

“The furniture glides arrived unfortunately there were no screws in the parcel. I contacted vital parts and the screws arrived the next day. Glides are being fitted tomorrow so hopefully I'll be able to move my heavy furniture with ease. Pleased with service from vital parts.”
