“Fantastic service I asked for a sample of stem sofa feet to heighten my sofa I was sent a sample which came in 2 days tried it using books for the other feet its great so I am about to order for all my chairs and sofa . spoke to one on the sales team they couldn't be more helpful . the push in plastic stem feet fitted into my furniture no problem and my suite is really old . Thank you so much for your help . 80 year old OAP”

“Very helpful sales advice to determine which product would best fit my need. Unfortunately the original parcel has yet to arrive but the replacement parcel arrived next day and the plugs are exactly what I was searching for. Realise things sometimes go wrong but excellent customer service, thanks”

“Incredible service and advice. I had been struggling to source some replacement adjustable feet for my aged Black and Decker Workmate. I spoke to Mike who was able to sort it out straight away and just to make sure he sent me a sample first, to make sure it was the right item. Received items next day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thoroughly impressed.”

“The part I ordered didn't fit, fair enough, but after talking to customer services to see if they had an alternative part that would fit, they kindly offered to send me out a couple of samples to see if one of those would be suitable. They never arrived, so I chased them via email, but it was ignored. Ordering and refunding was all fine but they are very much lacking in customer service. UPDATE After this review, I was contacted by the company who apologised profusely for the poor service, which they assured me was not up to their usual standard. Samples were sent, one of which was exactly what I wanted and so I placed an order. Communication from there on has been excellent and I understand my order was dispatched on the same day that I ordered it.”
