“Excellent customer service. Georgina sorted our order out and could not have been more helpful. Good communication from company re delivery. Item arrived well packaged. Delighted with the sofa . We made our purchase close to Christmas and found Georgina and Vintage Sofa Co willing to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure it arrived in time. Would highly recommend.”

“Well, after searching and visiting several stores without success, we decided to take an overnight trip from Kent up to Yorkshire to visit the Vintage Sofa Company. We are so glad we did. We were warmly welcomed and spent a good two and a half hours browsing and trying out the many fantastic sofas housed in the beautiful Mill. Katy and Peter and their staff were very helpful and on hand to answer the many questions we had. It was clear we had made the right decision as the quality and workmanship of these pieces of furniture really is second to none. We’ve placed an order and are really looking forward to receiving and enjoying our new sofas. Thank you also for the complimentary taxi back to the Station - a very nice touch.”

“Totally in love with our pieces of furniture. Really good value for money. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Couldn’t fault them at at all. They were able to deliver within 7 to 10 days which we were over the moon with. Would highly recommend a visit. We will certainly visit again”

“The staff at the showroom in Halifax are brilliant; very welcoming and helpful. We purchased two Howard sofas and a large rug, all of which are gorgeous. The sofas are easy to clean (we have small children) and the rug looks brand new after a quick vacuum. All in all, we're very happy with our purchases and the level of care and assistance provided by the staff.”
