“Chair not as good quality as my other one. Customer service could have been in touch more with updates, instead of me having to request them. Delivery was good and spot in tracking system.”

“Furniture and location great. Purchased a wonderful chair. Only disappointment was not receiving the cushion that was pictured on the chair in the advertising gallery. We assumed this was part of the package: our mistake. Will shop there again.”

“Quality of the product is very good. Overall the communication was fairly poor which led to missed delivery dates etc. Perhaps says something that we are being asked for a review over 3 minths after delivery”

“Beautiful sofa, comfy and elegant and exactly what we were looking for. The service from vintage sofa was excellent. We were moving house and they held the sofa until we were ready for it. Good communication throughout.”

“I purchased my corner sofa a year ago. Sofa looks stunning & expensive with Lovely plush velvet. Customer service was 10/10 even when I reported a button missing it was fixed in person quickly with no issues. My only niggle a year later is to do with the sofa build quality…..maybe this reflects the price. They say you pay for what you get!! - the corner sofa hooks to attach the 2 sofas together were not aligned to touch. I ended up unscrewing & moving one myself. - missing button on the side (should have been picked up on quality check before distribution) *fixed very quickly - order 3 extra cushions to match in with my conservatory sofa. Not the same colour and black zips exposed. *given full refund - the sofa has started to creek when you sit on one end, it sounds like something is faulty inside, but have no way to check. Would I buy again. Probably not.”

“Arranging the visit to the showroom was good, although its location was hairy! To see the sofas was just what we wanted and the showroom layout was good. The sales lady was not overpowering and allowed us time and space. When producing the invoice her mathematics needed correction. Overall it was a pleasant experience.”

“Great communication from the vintage sofa company, I love the style and the colour. It is very comfortable, my only niggle was that the fabric on the cushions didn’t go all the way round instead a black fabric is on the underside of the seat cushions. Overall very happy.”

“Trying to find a sofa was becoming inceasingly frustrating untill we visited the showroom of vintage sofa. A must place to visit with super friendly staff and a wonderful selection of sofas. we fell in love with many models and such a great choice of colours and fabrics..”

“Lovely showroom and great pieces of furniture on display, Georgina was so helpful. The products we purchased are quality but took far too long to arrive, I appreciate bespoke items take time but 4 months was a long time. The AnyVan delivery was organised but initially a bit of a faff . Overall we are very pleased with what we bought but could be put off in future by delays in manufacture, 2-3 months ok but longer lead times disappointing.”
