Excellent website and showroom. Sales a bit of a letdown on advising stock availability. Delivery was not great, the wrong sofa was delivered, and 2 rugs were missing .

Hi thank you for the sofas. unfortunately, there is something wrong with the cushions. i will send a picture to show you what i mean. Also there are no cleaning instructions. I feel i can benefit from them so that i don't damage the fabric. The sitting cushions are a masive dissappointment. I would be happy if someone can tell me what to do with the cushions thanks.

The shop is set up very well, the products look very nice, but the sofa I ordered was not delivered when I was led to believe it would be. I couldn’t cancel the order without losing my money. I also bought a footstool and foolishly didn’t check prices online for the same product. I paid double the online price and was led to believe I was getting a bargain. The whole experience left a sour taste.

Fab looking stuff, stylish and interesting. However, there appears to be only a one year structural guarantee (usually more than this, often 10 years or more) and no description of woods and springs used, cushions and fillings, or the manufacturing process. The only comment is use of discontinued fabrics, which does keep down costs.

We use different factories throughout the UK, which offer different structural guarantees ranging from 12 months to 15 years which is reflected in the price, as expected. So far I'm not overly impressed with the service as I placed my order for two sofas on the 28th February 2020, when I had done the deal with Georgina on what's app and on the phone, I later in march messaged Georgina to see how things are going especially with the covid19 that has affected us all, she didn't reply and it looked as though she had blocked me on what's app..... I then called through to see how the order was coming alone and they had no records of my order even though I had an invoice.... They then later found it! The start of April, the time they was meant to be delivered they call to say they had only now found my order and it hasn't been processed to the Wearhouse to be made, so here we are waiting for another 6/8 weeks. I understand at this time with staff not working it's hard to stick to the deadline, but at the start of this we wasn't in lockdown , but still no evidence of my order . We really looking forward to seeing and receiving our sofas.....

Hi Rochelle Thank you for your review. We are sorry it has been a rough ride for you. We really do try very hard to give excellent customer service every time. On this occassion we were not made aware that you had paid by bank transfer and therefore the order didn't get processed. We would ask customers to contact us by email or by telephone rather than social media. Covid-19 lockdown closed all UK factories from 23rd March to 10th May 2020. We had an extremely busy time on the Christmas period so the service was a lot slower than we would've liked. This obviously had a big impact on your experience, for which I apologise. Arrived very quickly, but paint marks were not removed from the sofa and was not treated prior to delivery as promised, then found 3 out of the 4 arms on the sofa and chair purchased that the wood was collapsed underneath the leather, delivery men returned to collect (who were very helpful) & was sent to have the arms repaired. Returned back to me within a week and still not great as had a nail about to poke through he leather (still has & the arms still feel very precarious as feel weak) Wouldn't use again as I know its a vintage sofa but could have bought a new one with a warranty for the price we paid. Didn't feel a valued customer, just a nuisance that it was my fault it was faulty!
