“What a fantastic company providing an absolutely beautiful and stylish product. I ordered the patchwork 2 seater sofa in autumn colours and it is absolutely stunning. We live in a small converted stables and this sofa has just brought our living room to life, everybody loves it and says how beautiful the colours look together. It is so comfortable that my husband and I are now prone to falling asleep in it. We can’t thank everyone at Vintage Sofa Company for their product, fantastic communication and customer service and we will definitely use the company again and recommend them to everyone we know. “So far I’m so excited, awaiting the delivery of my new couch from Vintage Sofa Co. My My ! what an amazing low price I’ve just paid for the Couch I’ve being forever looking for. I came across Vintage Sofa Co. By accident as I looked on line for a couch. I’m overjoyed that I did Vintage Sofa Co. Is now the number one company to get furniture from. “Very welcoming,polite courteous, gave space for me and my friend to look around without hassle but always nearby to answer questions and with decision making. On arrival, refreshment offered. Ella was with myself and my friend, lovely person, nothing was any trouble, attention to details. The Mill is warm with a friendly atmosphere. Lots to choose from, spoilt for choice and colours. The only suggestion, would be the sign leading down to the mill is small, it needs to stand out more (larger).”

“OMG! I love my Jupiter sideboard, it’s amazing quality and fits perfect in my dining room. It looks and feels expensive. Daniel was very helpful with my eta and I received quicker than I thought. Even the couriers were good and took all the packaging and put into place. Well done guys fantastic first time customer experience, and I should know coming from a sales background!!”

“I bought a Tetrad sofa from The Vintage Sofa Co. It's beautiful and well made; of course it is, it's Tetrad. CS was excellent; I dealt mainly with Amy and Sophie. There were many, many emails, due to delivery issues; communication was first rate throughout. No hesitation in recommending The Vintage Sofa Co., but the delivery company they use is absolutely shambolic and unprofessional. This caused immense stress, lost working hours, and wasted so much time. Reluctantly, I will avoid buying from them again.”

“I wanted to support a local business and came across VSC online. It was a joy from start to finish. I already knew the armchairs and footstool I wanted after checking out the web site. When we got to the showroom it was a great experience. We were looked after by Ella and then wandered around an amazing showroom. Its like a wonderland. Delivery was super fast (I could have had it within a couple of days but needed to postpone it a little), and the delivery men even wrapped my old sofa for me ready for pick up when they saw me struggling to do it outside. I cant thank them enough. An easy 5 stars”

“Terrible experience with the company. All goes well until you develop any issues with their products. We spent £3200 and experienced multiple issues within 2-3 weeks of delivery. We purchased the Eaton range. The cushions (which we were advised required no maintenance, and we have messages as proof from them) are extremely lumpy and creased. The company insist that this is the nature of the fibre-wrapped foam cushions - really, full of visible lumps!? Apparently, we have to simply accept sofas with lumpy cushions. The armchair seat is sagging and the back is making a popping sound. An inspector confirmed a manufacturers fault, with repairs to the seat and back needed. After only a few weeks use! Vintage Sofa Company will not provide the name of the manufacturer - why? I would be interested to know whether anybody else who has had issues with this company?”

“Fantastic experience shopping for a new sofa. A smorgasbord of sofas awaits at Vintage Sofa Co. If you love your sofas to have colour, comfort, quirky style and hand made quality this is the place to be. Prices are great value. Bought our new sofa on 10th March, looked after by George, who was attentive without being pushy, gave us space to look round and was helpful and knowledgeable, we had a great shopping experience, which is actually rare these days. We cannot recommend enough!”

“I've been looking at sofa beds for some time now and after a lot of research and reading reviews Vintage sofa company were the only company that ticked all of my needs. I cannot recommend this company enough. After a very sudden lifestyle change regarding my health issues I urgently needed a bed settee. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I emailed my request over and was sent a video about what was available that met all of my needs. Within less than 10 days my beautiful sofa arrived. It's the best piece of furniture I have ever purchased. So many compliments. I'm the envy of everyone that sees it. I've ordered a cuddle chair and matching footstool in Leaf green. The colour is perfect. Customer services outstanding. Delivery couldn't have gone smoother. I'm seriously impressed and very very happy with my purchase. I'd love to upload a photo but I can't seem to find that option right now.”

“Gears mantel clock! How awful. Terrible quality, base is wonky so much so you cannot stand the clock up as it just tilts from side to side! It doesn’t sit straight as it’s not level, the base is almost twisted? Clearly a seconds product..The glass face had marks on it and to top it all off the lacquer is also peeling off the bottom too! Awful product, unfit for purpose, waste of money. Packaging was also extremely shoddy! Surely when packing the clock you saw the imperfections! I’m awaiting a refund! Glad I didn’t bother ordering sofas ! Avoid”

“I purchased a globe chandelier from this company which is absolutely beautiful! When it arrived, which was extremely quick, I realised I had ordered it too big. With very little fuss but very efficiently the exchange was organised. The wrong sized chandelier ordered by myself was collected and the new smaller version was delivered. So nice to have the personal customer service as well as fantastic chandeliers! I will be ordering from this company again and I will recommend them to everyone looking for that something a little different and great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
