“We bought a couple of items from Katy which we absolutely love. We had a item that has a damaged leg on the arm chair., after we unpackaged it. Katy could not of made the process less stress fill, we simply brought it back to the shop and got a replacement one straight away. Only reason we drove to replace it was because that’s how we collected it, i.e. we didn’t opt for delivery. Thanks again Katy and your amazing team. Regards. Rudy.”

“Not as expected poor delivery service cushions not included when you buy direct are included if you buy from retailers staff very helpfull at point of sale terrible after they have taken your money customer service very rude and condescending”

“Hi thank you for the sofas. unfortunately, there is something wrong with the cushions. i will send a picture to show you what i mean. Also there are no cleaning instructions. I feel i can benefit from them so that i don't damage the fabric. The sitting cushions are a masive dissappointment. I would be happy if someone can tell me what to do with the cushions thanks.”
