“From the moment of walking into the showroom and being offered a coffee I was made to feel at home. The way the sofas have been displayed and presented are beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, Sophia was particularly helpful in my decision process. I found all the furniture to be of high quality and of instead. The two sofas (Bugsby and Howard) I now have in my livingroom I couldn’t be happier with, and everyone who has been round to my flat have commented on these new additions. I have already recommended this store to friends and would also add that anyone looking for a sofa it’s well worth a visit. Just to round off how happy I have been, the delivery process was easy and ran smooth too.”

“I ordered a love seat and a chaise sofa, however the chaise sofa was a 15 week lead time as they were out of stock. Despite that they were able to offer up a nice 4 seater and ludlow footstool as an alternative. This combination worked perfectly. I received the sofa, chair and foot stool 6 days after placing my order! I was sat on camp chairs before then, so this helped a lot! They look great in position. The delivery drivers were very accommodating and friendly and the e-commerce profile that sold it to me was extremely helpful. Even going into store to view the ex display ludlow footstool for any damage. Great company. Great service and love the product!!”

“Had two sofas delivered yesterday from Vintage Sofa Co and bought some items to take home same day in the store last week. Everything start to finish has been perfect. Fantastic service while looking round the shop, very friendly and happy to give advise based on your room. Sofa delivery a week after purchase, kept in the loop with times/days etc. All products (sofas/footstool/accessories) are lovely and fantastic quality. Will be visiting again :)”

“I am a ex-Sales Training Manager, and trained people not to do the hard sell, people buy people. When we walked into the showroom we knew straight away this was a quality product. We met the owner Katy the owner who immediately put us at ease. We had coffee and yummie chocolate biscuits. No problem with our small pooch she got treats. Katys knowledge of seeing a blank canvass and guiding us with colours was amazing. We found our settee, snuggle chair and hand carve unit for a television and storage space. Katie even provided us with two chairs for free as we have just moved into a empty apartment. The price Katie gave us, was amazing, when she put it through the computer she was slightly under the proper price but kept to her word. The chairs and unit arrived today on time. It puts faith in buying as a customer. Brilliant we can't wait to go back. Thank you for being so polite and kind. X”

“This is such a wonderful place to visit. All the staff are so helpful and attentive. I could spend all day looking. They have so many lovely pieces to look at it’s so hard to choose. However we found this lovely 4 seater luxury sofa for our extension. Delivery was earlier than expected and the 2 delivery guys were helpful and friendly.”

“As soon as we walked in, we knew we’d be walking out with something. Trouble was, everything is beautiful here. The customer service is welcoming, bespoke and exceptional. We purchased the Warwick 3 seater at an excellent price, cushions and a Persian rug!! Delivery was quick and sooner than the 10 days. “Received my sofas and cushions ,unwrapped and took a big breath in ,they are gorgeous ,well made ,by a small company who have great staff who look after you Love every detail of them the arms the back the legs the colours are gorgeous,my husband was a bit sceptic of two different colours but he loves them both he chose burnt orange ,I chose emerald green ,the cushions go with both sofas perfect the size is perfect for our room too ,the material is sumptuous velvet ,and it is made to last ,the delivery lads put them where we wanted them thank you lads came a long way from Yorkshire to Midlands long day ,very impressed with the whole company customer service was very helpful lovely lady helping me choose my order which I’m delighted with the prices are super too for the workmanship gone into them super happy customer 😻😻❤️❤️❤️”
