“I have followed Vintage Sofa Co on Instagram and watched the TV programme about how the company came together. I love the website and all the products advertised are very tempting. I fell in love with the Oskar Chesterfield in Zebra Gold and placed my order via telephone as I wanted to ask if the sofa could have the legs in black. The whole process was with ease, straightforward and the chap I spoke to was very helpful, informative and friendly and the order confirmation and whatsapp details was received straightaway. Living on the south coast meant I could not visit the stunning showroom but felt confident that I was being looked after with my order. Thank you to Vintage Sofa Co 😍 I smile every time I walk in my lounge as the sofa surprises me and, as they say in the video, is absolutely stunning!”

“WOW! What can I say…. After following Vintage Sofa Co online for months it came time we needed a new sofa, and we could actually visit the showroom. It was like “coming home” the atmosphere was so relaxing, despite all the people browsing too, I didn’t want to leave. We ordered a corner sofa and several rugs and cushions. Unfortunately we soon realised when we got home the sofa wouldn’t fit, but George was super helpful and placed our order on hold while we figured it out. Of course we had to go back to the showroom again, we couldn’t possibly do it via WhatsApp or over the phone… when we went back again nothing was too much trouble and we played around until we got everything sorted, changing to a chaise sofa and loveseat with footstool in the end. I can’t wait for them all to arrive once our renovations are complete. Oh and we got coffee and chocolate on both visits!! If you are considering visiting you really must it’s a beautiful space and all the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Wow what a fantastic place.. We visited today after buying a few pieces online, amazing customer services, and my new items bought for a new home are wonderful.. Delivery was perfect..So today we visited inperson Amazing showrooms and items ❤️ wonderful staff who made us tea and cakes and were very helpful in helping me choose a rug ..We got talking to some other customers who like us were delighted with the showroom .I did suggest we started an appreciation society online ..Absolutely First Class .Amazing items really good prices a absolute pleasure to see What's not to like ❤️❤️❤️...”

“Our visit to the Vintage Sofa Company was amazing. We were met by Rebecca on our arrival who was so helpful and friendly. The store is beautiful, bursting with colour, it's difficult to stay focused on one item there's so many to take in! We drifted around the mill listening to the calming music, drinking our complimentary coffee and admiring the stunning surroundings. We finally placed our order with Rebecca who gave us advice and pointed out considerations throughout the transaction, she was so lovely. “Have wanted a Vintage Sofa for a while, beautiful designs that speak to you. Now we have moved house and ready to paint our living room, I asked for colour swatches. They arrived within 5 days, packaged thoughtfully, the materials are luxurious to touch and the colours sumptuous, inside the box was tea and biscuits also a hand written note, love the personal touch. Can’t wait to order our new sofa !”

“Really impressive service from the team at Vintage Sofa Co. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at their huge ( and slightly overwhelming!) warehouse. Katie’s engagement was second to none… patiently listened to all our requirements and went through all the options as to size and style of sofas and chairs to fit our room. She hates the term ‘interior designer’ but that was the level of service received. We were looking for expert guidance and she got it ‘spot on’. We are delighted with everything - the room looks stunning and more importantly is REALLY comfortable. Quality of the furniture is very very good and excellent value for money. Should also say that everything arrived ahead of lead time. We were kept up to date on progress and the delivery team were amazing - on time, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting VSC again and cannot praise enough.”

“Just Awesome! I visited the mill last weekend and was greeted by Katy, the owner. From the moment we stepped through the door, the entire experience was fabulous. There's a coffee/drinks bar for customers offering home baked treats and we shown where the facilities were. Given we had travelled a couple of hours, this was very welcome. The showroom, an old mill is a wonderland of beautiful furniture and accessories. There is no hard sell, it's a relaxing joyous experience. I purchased two leather sofas, which I have taken delivery of this morning. These were in stock, luckily for me! I cannot thank Katy enough for her help. Our new sofas are exactly what we wanted and are just perfect. I urge anyone looking for new furniture or even just inspiration to take a trip to the showroom, you will not be disappointed. To Katy and the team, your business model is excellent, customer service is faultless. Keep up the terrific work. I know for sure I will be back again soon and have already recommended The Vintage Sofa Company to many of my friends.”

“We called in today and although I had browsed online nothing prepared me for the amazing interiors in the vast showroom. We had the store to ourselves and the experience was very VIP! Firstly we were driven to and from the showroom by Ben because the entrance road was having tarmac laid. Then we were offered brownies and coffee! Ella was our assistant and allowed us to browse freely before coming in to advise. We have ordered a beautiful velvet armchair with 2 scatter cushions and can’t wait for it to be delivered. I would highly recommend this store and look forward to my purchases arriving in a few weeks.”

“What a great place -you cannot fail to smile when you walk into this fabulous, eclectic quirky but quality furniture store - it was the first of the “sofa stockists “ on our list today - and actually was also our last - Kate and her extremely professional team ensured we chose the right colour , size , type and firmness of sofas ( we bought 2 and a snuggle seat - so so comfy ! ) This place is a total must when you want great quality at an affordable price - lovely furniture , lamps , tables of a serious of light hearted nature turned this wonderful building into a place that made you smile and feel so at home in definitely make it first on your list too ! 😂”
