“Really impressive service from the team at Vintage Sofa Co. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at their huge ( and slightly overwhelming!) warehouse. Katie’s engagement was second to none… patiently listened to all our requirements and went through all the options as to size and style of sofas and chairs to fit our room. She hates the term ‘interior designer’ but that was the level of service received. We were looking for expert guidance and she got it ‘spot on’. We are delighted with everything - the room looks stunning and more importantly is REALLY comfortable. Quality of the furniture is very very good and excellent value for money. Should also say that everything arrived ahead of lead time. We were kept up to date on progress and the delivery team were amazing - on time, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting VSC again and cannot praise enough.”

“Just Awesome! I visited the mill last weekend and was greeted by Katy, the owner. From the moment we stepped through the door, the entire experience was fabulous. There's a coffee/drinks bar for customers offering home baked treats and we shown where the facilities were. Given we had travelled a couple of hours, this was very welcome. The showroom, an old mill is a wonderland of beautiful furniture and accessories. There is no hard sell, it's a relaxing joyous experience. I purchased two leather sofas, which I have taken delivery of this morning. These were in stock, luckily for me! I cannot thank Katy enough for her help. Our new sofas are exactly what we wanted and are just perfect. I urge anyone looking for new furniture or even just inspiration to take a trip to the showroom, you will not be disappointed. To Katy and the team, your business model is excellent, customer service is faultless. Keep up the terrific work. I know for sure I will be back again soon and have already recommended The Vintage Sofa Company to many of my friends.”

“We called in today and although I had browsed online nothing prepared me for the amazing interiors in the vast showroom. We had the store to ourselves and the experience was very VIP! Firstly we were driven to and from the showroom by Ben because the entrance road was having tarmac laid. Then we were offered brownies and coffee! Ella was our assistant and allowed us to browse freely before coming in to advise. We have ordered a beautiful velvet armchair with 2 scatter cushions and can’t wait for it to be delivered. I would highly recommend this store and look forward to my purchases arriving in a few weeks.”

“What a great place -you cannot fail to smile when you walk into this fabulous, eclectic quirky but quality furniture store - it was the first of the “sofa stockists “ on our list today - and actually was also our last - Kate and her extremely professional team ensured we chose the right colour , size , type and firmness of sofas ( we bought 2 and a snuggle seat - so so comfy ! ) This place is a total must when you want great quality at an affordable price - lovely furniture , lamps , tables of a serious of light hearted nature turned this wonderful building into a place that made you smile and feel so at home in definitely make it first on your list too ! 😂”

“I have been looking at Vintage Sofa Co. sofas online for well over a year. I couldn’t resist any longer so drove for 6hrs from the Kent coast to go see what they looked like in real life and all I can say is wow. I had an idea of what I wanted and walked out with the opposite. I had been dealing with Katy over WhatsApps and phone calls, in-store I had the pleasure of Ella who had the patience of a saint as I ran from one sofa to the next, trying to decide what to order. I really look forward to the delivery. Was my 12hr round trip worth it. Absolutely it was!”

“What a fantastic company to deal with! My purchase was online as I am in London, the sofa I saw was exactly what I had been looking for but I had questions regarding size, comfort, colour etc. I called and spoke to Katy who then video called me to show me the sofa and fabric samples as if I were in the store. We had a chat about the style of my house and whether it was the right shape, colour etc. After a couple of issues with the delivery company regarding the delivery date, which was swiftly sorted by Katy, the sofa arrived within a week of ordering and I fell in love with it straight away! So happy, Katy’s level of customer service was second to none and I have subsequently purchased another item on their website. My now favourite place to go to for complementing my home with some fabulous statement pieces. Thank you!”

“So I finally got to go to see these beautiful sofas in real life today ….. All I can say is if you have seen anything that you think looks great on the Vintage sofa website I can assure you…. You will NOT be disappointed. My lovely assistant Ella was so good at explaining all of the beautiful ranges and wow they have a lot, Ella gave me time on my own to browse but the moment I needed her support she was there ( unlike most of the high street salespeople) Ella just let me try all of the ranges but was there with honest feedback to tailor my needs. It was an easy decision to order my sofa with Vintage Sofa the only disappointment is that I don’t live in a mansion to take them all ….. I would 💯 recommend Vintage sofa to all of my family and friends I just have to now wait for my bespoke sofa and chair to be made 💯👍👏”
