“Hello Team, thank you for asking for feedback. I do like the software but there are some hiccups that could be improved: 1. "command z " - to undo is not working. Some actions can be undone but some not which is very confusing. Yesterday I created a scribe and at the very end of the project I must have clicked mark all and expanded all canvas so much that the project did not make any sense. It was not even possible to play it. "Undo" was impossible. I had to mark it all and try to bring it back to reasonable size. This action is also very limited in the program because I was not able to control the size, it was jumping from huge to mini. I played for an hour to recover my canvas and during the struggle I dropped the click of the mouse ( because I was not able to hold the mouse pressed for so long) when canvas were mini. You may imagine how difficult it was to find my mini canvas. When I pressed play - nothing was playing. The program was behaving really weird. At the end I managed to bring canvas back to size and move to a place where I can see it when playing. Very frustrating experience. How to improve or prevent it? - my idea is to introduce the possibility of "undo" to all actions. 2. I am surprised to see so many canvas I have to pay for. It is fine to have some but I would suggest to have at least one free canva for each word before introducing 10 paid canvas on a word that does not have any free canva at all. Example : "greed" 3. It would be useful to have a possibility to save an audio or at least export it. In VideoScribe if I want to record a voice I have to write it over the previous one. I would like to have an option to keep the previous audio in case the new one is worst. Also if I want to have voice and the background music I have to use different program because in VideoScribe it seems impossible to make music super quite and voice laud. I don't see voice controls anywhere. Many times I would like to keep just first half of my audio and work on the second half instead of having one, long piece of audio with no mistakes - that is very challenging. Another timeline with audio is needed here in my opinion. That will be helpful in case I have the audio and would like to create canvas. In VideoScribe I have to have canvas first to hear the audio. 4. The program crashed few times but my projects were saved which I am glad for. 5. Option to move in a canva instead of drawing - I would use a default no hand for that action. The hand that moves canvas in looks awkward. I don't think many people use it including myself. I always have to go and click few times to remove the hand. 6. What I like is that the program is easy to use. I did not have to study manual to start. 7. It would help tones if I could change a drawing hand on each canva from my project at once instead of clicking each one to change the hand. This is useful in case you need to change the voice from female to male after creating a video ( I have to change to male hand manually, each canva at the time) ~ is it possible to receive a reply to my feedback? The above points make sense? Or am I using the program in a wrong way and features I mention exist? If not, will there be improvement in the software? Thanks. Magdalena: adventures.little@gmail.com”

“Very user-friendly and fun to use; two things that jump out would be the apparent inability of the program to "draw" pictures brought from outside sources, and how the voice-over function only allows one take to record the whole video (unless I'm missing something). Overall I am happy that I discovered this great application.”

“I've just started using Videoscribe. It is easy to use and not time consuming. I will be able to make quick videos that answer complex questions using handwriting. This will make it more visual and realistic for my students.”

“So far I have enjoyed this product I am hoping it will make a big impact on my business in that people are busy and the simpler information can be communicated effectively the better. I am pretty disappointed however in the limited amount of images that are available. I did spend in my opinion a good price to videoscribe and expected more images available without having to purchase them. If there is a way you could rectify that issues the product would be fantastic. I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Still a great product. Sincerely, Rodney Gilmore”

Unfortunately, we do not own those images as they're made by different illustrators and that's why you have to pay for them.
