“I am very pleased with VideoScribe it is an excellent product and with very little effort you can get a fantastic sketchvideo or whiteboard animation. I am no expert, but my clients have been very happy with the work that I have produce thus far.”

“Videoscribe is a very useful software that can be used to teach, explain and demonstrate concepts or ideas. It's also a great tool for telling stories. The learning curve on the software is pretty short. However, you have to watch the tutorials because some of the editing options are not intuitive. The software transitions sometimes get stuck at times if you try to navigate too fast. You have to save and check your work often to be sure what you envision actually is completed. But it's to be expected from cloud-based software. Audio editing options are extremely limited. My experience is to export the item out and edit the audio in Final Cut Pro X. After your done with matching your audio directly with the video, then export the audio track from the software and add it to your project in Videoscribe to save in the cloud. I've not only done this, but I have also exported the FINAL CUT PRO X project as a .mov and keep the final project for later. If the software offered two or three tracks where audio could be edited to match transitions, this would be ideal so you could include narration, music and sound effects as you'd like. The selection of characters and photos to choose from could also be improved. Powtoon.com has an animation software that's only a little step above this software, given choices of characters and backgrounds. However, they have their own issues that I won't get to here. I think if this interface offered more graphic sketched characters and backgrounds, it would be great. Also limited animation of characters would be nice as well. Overall, videoscribe is a great tool that could be even better with a few improvements. If you want a unique way to create a presentation quickly and with professional polish, you should definitely give it a try. Esther Dillard Bloomfield College Communications Professor”

“VideoScribe is a great tool to make easy storytellings and show business ideas. I think that it´ll be better if I could draw my own images directly in VideoScribe. I use a SVG editor, but I could prefer do that in the same tool.”

“My initial impression is that most of what can be done with Sparkol can be done in PowerPoint except the drawing (which be be done crudely). I nearly cancelled after working through my first project. There are few things that should be available upfront: 1. Font selection---I found it after I finished my first project 2. Sound control---I'm still trying to figure that out---there doesn't appear to be a lot of control but maybe it's there somewhere For the price, the product would get another star if it was not a subscription. It's worth buying once but not every year. We'll see. Maybe when I've mastered it I'll be more enthused.”

“I purchased the program just last week. I created several VideoScribes and converted them to PowerPoint for use in the sermon this past weekend. It is a fantastic program for getting a point across visually.”

“VideoScribe is a unbelievable software to create awesome videos. As ive been using the free trial for a week, there were pictures i thoight the full-version would include. To my disappointment they weren't. So few more free graphics would make VideoScribe a FIVE-STAR Software ... Maybe you will add some pictures later on. Thank you.”

“VideoScribe is so much fun. I haven't been this creative in years. I use VideoScribe to help create fun reference videos to review my pathophysiology and pharmacology courses. “I don't like writing negative reviews and I like the concept of VideoScribe, however, as part of the monthly subscription, if Sparkol is going to provide rendering servers to push your videos to, they need to work and perform without issues. In the industry, they refer to this as "Over Subscribe and Under Commit" meaning that their computing infrastructure (a.k.a. "Rendering Servers") are over utilized for the amount of paid subscribers. This should not be an "after thought" as any company should be planning for growth. A real "deal killer" if you ask me.”

“Your software is so user friendly that it's a breeze. Leaving the majority of the learning curve to be "How to construct a good story". Then you give us fabulous resources materials to use for learning pre-production. I love this software and I love this company. Keep up the good work!”
