“Dear VideoScribe-Team, Thanks for this great program. I have created quite a few videos already and got used to the functions that you offer. Although I am always quite satisfied with the final videos, there are still some problems that occur when producing them: 1. When you record a voice more than 2 or 3 times, the whole program crashes 2. There is no delete button in the time line, I always have to click on the item 3. There is no export option for .mp4 4. When I make a series of videos, it would be helpful to make folders. At the moment the start page with all of the videos is quite unclear 5. If I copy and paste too many items from one video to the other, the program tends to crash as well 6. Many times, after exporting the videos, some items are missing in the exported video, which were in the timeline of the .scribe file. I have to double check each video to see if they were exported correctly. Thank you anyways for this program. I hope this feedback can help you in developing an even better product for your customer! “I love this App and use it a lot. 2 things that needs to be taken care of: 1. Writing in Hebrew. I have to write upside down in order for it to be correct (from left to right instead of right to left) and that's absolutely awful. 2. Can't control how the screen looks like when I run the video. Some things move out of frame, some things stay. Thank you”

“Have just created my first VideoScribe for my business and I must say that I love it. The program is quite intuitive and the online help available is very good. I had to contact support for a small issue and I must say that their response was quick and solved the problem straight away. Since posting the video on Facebook, I have received many positive comments.”

“VideoScribe by Sparkol is my go-to for whiteboarding! The app is easy to use, has easy controls, transitions, animations, and more! Support gets back to you quickly, providing a solution and identifies any tweaks that need to be made to their software. ...all-in-all a really great group of people and a great application! As a Trainer, it's been very useful in keeping the attention of trainees!”

“After visiting your website I received an amount of mails phishing addresses. That's bad. And at last I did not buy VideoScribe because I had to pay by Paypal; this company has not turned back 40 € I submitted to them some years ago for a product I never received. Since then I don't do any business with them.”

“It very simple and easy to make new images. Just a couple of down sides... Cant save as MP4 and if Auto-Save is on it lags a lot. Apart form that Its very good. If the 2 things could be solved it be very handy. Daniel Dunnings”

“Although I love the results I had it friend do for me that new the program I have had a very hard time with the learning curve and cannot get the results I want with my cartoons. So therefore I would not recommend it to anyone that hasn't got a lot of time to learn the program inside and out. I have watch the videos at least three or four times each and I'm still struggling in fact I have for you and quit trying the last 3 or 4 days because it has been so frustrating”

“I subscribed to VideoScribe and used it a few times for school. Easy to maneuver once you get the hang of it. A lot more to learn, I just need the time. Most people are fascinated by the creations. Good value. Pete”

“Software works very well, I would have given five star if it had option to select multiple image from galary to bring them on the canvas. As of now we can select only one picture which is very time consuming.”

“This is by far the easiest platform / tool I have used to create a compelling presentation. I am blowing people away and it only took me about an hour to get up to speed on learning how to use the tool. I am using this for internal and partner sales presentations at Cisco, a high tech company, yes, but lacking in innovative marketing. The Youtube tutorials are critical and keep them coming! You guys should have 20 or more up on Youtube. Like importing graphics, converting graphics, why images move out of frame and how to fix it. I think you need a very basic how to get started and start by explaining that this tool is a long canvas - we marketeers think in Powerpoint, so it's horizontal and page by page and with Sparkol, we need to think differently. Once you understand the long canvas and positioning, it's easy peasy. Thank you making a great product - keep the tutorials coming and more, more, more examples - this helps us so much! “Awesome product! I was able to create my first scribe in a few hours and it took less than a week to fine tune it to the point where we have released it publicly. I have no prior experience doing anything like this, and most viewers think we got professional help.
