“Easy to order but delivery a joke. They tell you to check the parcel when it arrives. I waited in all day, got no notification, and only when I went to my car at 4:30pm I found a pallet blocking my pavement. It had been dumped with no notification, knock on the door or doorbell ring, and certainly no chance to check for damage. Contacted them to inform them, got a standard reply stating my message was received......then nothing!! Really unprofessional. Will not use again!”

“Excellent products yet again. Just a bit concerned when the bathroom arrived, to find everything including a work top piled into the bath which I helped to carry from the van. Everything was fine but I wondered how it would have been transported as nothing was on a pallet.”

“1. Order qualified for free shipping but after deliver date got put back 3 times we had to pay so it arrived on time. 2. Order arrived with faulty bath - poor quality poorly moulded. Notified them straight away, no reply to e mail for 4 weeks, eventually got re fund. 3. When bath arrived faulty, no way to get customer service on phone so forced into buying a replacement and paying £35 delivery to get it in time to fit. This bath arrived damaged - poorly packed. E mailed customer service once more and not had reply to e mail after SIX weeks! Still sending messages and chasing refund. Not had reply! Victorian Plumbing prey on families on a tight budget with mass channel advertising and are happy to take your money, but show no responsibility for their service thereafter. They are blaming the COVID situation for the poor customer service, I expect they are letting the government pay for their staff To be off through the furlough Scheme so they can make more money and let their customers down. Avoid this firm ‘like the plague’”

“My radiator arrived bent, I notified you about the fault immediately online, I have had 3 automated acknowledgements but no one has actually dealt with the issue. It is now 10 days since you were first advised of the issue. How can a solid metal 3 column radiator be bent in transit, it must have been dispatched like it from the factory? I cannot express how frustrating this whole experience is. Will someone get back to me before I resort to social media and trading standards?”

“We ordered a shower head and ceiling fitting. You took the money the same day. After three attempts to contact you with replies saying “your enquiry is important to us”. Nothing. Eventually we found out that the product was not available.”
